Summary: The Best Of Italy - A Cookbook
Comment: One of the best Italian cookbooks we've found. The recipes are very "downhome" in nature and authentic representations of the cooking we encountered during our trip through Italy. Highly recommend this one. In fact, my wife just ordered another copy to keep in the galley on board our boat.
