Summary: Haven't found a bad recipe yet!
Comment: I've made four of this book's burger recipes so far, and they've all been incredible. The recipes add some unexpected but delectable tastes to the everyday burger. The lemon peel really brightens up the Sun-Dried Tomato Burgers and the raisins and almonds add such an Eastern flavor to the Moroccan Turkey Burgers. I love Indian food and give a big thumbs-up to the Indian Lamb Patties, and the Southwestern Black Bean Cakes are spicy and hearty for a meatless burger patty.

All the burgers I've made are juicy, not dry, and the salsas and sauces are easy to whip up and really add to the dish. The pictures really persuade you to try the recipe, too. I can't wait to try the seafood dishes, like Salmon with Pineapple Salsa.
