Comment: I bought this book for my husband who was one of those rare men who can't grill! He has used several of the recipes in the book and hasn't failed yet! The book contains all the info that a novice needs to know about grilling, whether it be a charcoal grill, a gas grill, a smoker, or an indoor grill (like a George Foreman). The grilling recipes give instructions for both gas and charcoal- something you usually don't find. I would recommend this book to anyone who grills!
