Comment: When you open this book, you will want to make everything in it! Just about every recipe is accompanied by a photograph. The instructions are clear and concise, the recipes are clearly well-tested. Everything I have made has been a success, including the Blackberry Muffins, Apple coffee cake, goat cheese and tomato muffins, and macadamia coffee cake. A wonderful little book that the home cook will actually use.

Comment: I love this book! It has soo many yummy sounding recipes. I've only made 4 so far, but they have all turned out exceptional! I've tried the cranberry orange muffins, orange nut bread, raspberry sour cream cake and the blueberry muffins. They were all soo good, I didn't even share them with friends...ahemm :)
I bake from this book without hesitation..I'll go so far as to say I'd even bake untested recipes for guests from this book. I am confident they'll all turn out good.
