Summary: A gift that keeps giving
Comment: My wife of 44 years is an excellent cook. However, she did not have a good rice/risotto cook book. I gave her this book as a Christmas present. We have enjoyed many great and unique rice/risotto dishes. The book is also a treat for the eyes.
