Summary: Recipes lengthy and require unusual ingrediets
Comment: This cookbook has interesting recipes for my new rotisserie, but many appear to have ingredients I just don't have on my shelves, and I cook a lot of unusual dishes. Also, I was looking for quicker menus to put together, after all, it isn't just for my health that I wanted my rotisserie. There seems to be a lot of prep time for many recipes. I will use the book for some things, but "The Ultimate Rotisserie Cookbook" is more to my liking.

Comment: I really like this book. I have owned a rotisserie oven for a few years, this book gives me new ideas of using the oven. It includes recipes for chicken, turkey, beef roast, pork roast, and RIBS (p.115to 120, 4 recipes, not quite sure why the other customer said it doesn't)

Comment: Ribs, either pork or beef, were not covered in this book. I needed a timetable for ribs as well as some marinades.
