Customer Rating: Summary: simply delicious..... Comment: I have been looking for a duck and goose cookbook for a while now and Im glad i took a chance on this one. Plenty of different ideas to create in and on the oven. I hunt ducks and geese and now i can prepare them many new ways Some of the recipes are for large quanities or call for unusual ingredients but over all a must have for any bird hunter or cook.
