I frequented Jennie's Mill Valley restaurant when it opened and many times for several years until I moved from Mill Valley. I was fortunate enough to buy this cookbook from Jennie at her restaurant. My favorite recipe also is Jennie's Pan Fried Chicken, which I am cooking right now. Recipes are easy to prepare and delicious. I thoroughly recommend this cookbook.
