Recipes have universal appeal and are easy to prepare with common ingredients. I bought it as a gift for a diabetic relative but found several recipes I want to try myself. If it didn't say "diabetic" in the title, you wouldn't know these were special diet recipes. And Amazon's discounted price is excellent.
