Comment: Enjoyed this cookbook so much I bought several for my firends. We have all had fun making things like a 5 minute pie to send home with guests, or a make ahead breakfast casserole to whip in the oven the next morning.
Have tried many of the recipes and am delighted with them all.

Comment: If you're looking for a great "go to" cookbook on those very busy days when you have no idea what to make for dinner this is a lifesaver. Most of the ingredients are basic ones that you will have in your pantry. My mother purchased this for my 11 year daughter who loves to cook. I ended up snagging it and using it on a weekly basis. Once she looked at it she wanted one too!
