Summary: No-Fail Baking Book
Comment: I really love this baking book for all the following reasons:
1. Every recipe I tried turned out to be delicious.
2. The recipe instructions are very easy to follow.
3. There are many great pictures that entice you to try a lot of recipes.
4. The ring binder holds up very well, despite heavy abuse (I like to take out the recipe pages and put them into a document protector when I bake. This way, the pages stay dry and I don't have to lug a book around my workstations.)
If you plan on getting only one baking book, make it this one!

Summary: Wonderful Baking Book
Comment: I absolutely love this baking book! I find the recipes to be amazing! I can find just about everything that I can imagine baking, and many that I would have never thought of. The recipes are simple to follow, and the handy tips inside make the baking experience that much better. I also love the tools / baking advice given in the opening of the book, at the end of the book, and throughout the pages between recipes! I feel like I have learned so much more from baking because of this book :)
