Editorial Reviews:

Inspired by the whimsical movie, The Wizard of Oz Cookbook begins with a brief stop in Kansas for some of Aunt Em's heartland breakfast fare and then soars over the rainbow to fantasy food in Oz--Emerald Castle Cake, Wicked Witch's Brew, and Yellow Brickle Brownies, to name a few. 20 illustrations.

Summary: Not Much Cookin' Here
Comment: This is a cute little thing, but if you really want an extraordinary Wizard of Oz cookbook, you'd be better off finding 'Cooking in Oz' by Elaine Willingham and Steve Cox. Loads of pictures and celebrity recipes, info on L. Frank Baum, trivia and great stuff for all of us who love Oz and Baum.

Summary: A Neat Little Cookbook
Comment: A neat little cookbook sure to please those who like to collect cookbooks or Oz. Easy to follow recipes named appropriately with the film in mind are studded with excepts from the film.
