Comment: Thank heaven for people who care enough about cooking to take the time to share their recipes with garlic. Garlic is a personal preference that I love to eat and it's nice to find a cookbook that gives you some diversity with taste and preparation. Garlic Lovers shall inherit the Earth! (and I've never had a run-in with a vampire, either!)
