Comment: While in Stockholm last summer, we stumbled onto an awsome Swedish Bakery. I bought a bag of their incredible tasting Chocolate Slice cookies. The food lover in me went on a mission to find a cookbook with the recipe. After scouring the bookstores in Stockholm, I found a copy of "Swedish Cakes and Cookies" but it was in Swedish. I was determined to find a way to translate that recipe so I purchased the Swedish version. Happily Amazon now has a newly printed English version. This is THE BOOK for every true cookie lover.
