Customer Rating: Summary: Going back to stainless steel Comment: This pan is beautiful but not very functional. It's VERY heavy and difficult to lift without using two hands. The handle gets very hot, so make sure to use a pot holder. I would say that it's better suited for simmering/bubbly dishes that don't start with browning ingredients or searing. Tiny scratches in the enamel appeared the first time I used it (plastic utensils) and that's a huge disappointment! I bought the Rick Bayless grill/griddle also and that has worked wonderfully.
